One thing the dashboard caught this week: on September 9 and 10 your office moved 50 old jobs to CLOSED. Gross profit stays in the month the job was invoiced, so July and August did not move.

Not there yet, and why

  • Close rate, show rate, days to close start on September 8. ProLine's export has no appointment history; the live feed has it from now on. If you share the Google calendars linked to ProLine, we can go back further.
  • Gross profit shows after the invoice is paid, by invoice month. Exact payment dates arrive from the live feed from now on.
  • Lead source edits in ProLine reach the dashboard with the nightly check, not the same minute. Stage changes are live.
  • Gross profit is ProLine's own number: after job costs and the 10% commission.

Your call today

  1. Good Local Leads: count them as leads, or keep them out? Yes or no.
  2. Your business partner's name and e-mail for the login.
  3. Your September Sold $ goal, we set it on the screen right now.
  4. Check each delivery within five business days? If we hear nothing, we keep building.
  5. Is the "Production" event type the install day?
  6. Jobber leads (1,000 old cards): keep out of the numbers?
  7. Do you run Google Local Services Ads under a separate login?
